Detectives conducted their operation Thursday through Sunday, and arrested suspects on charges ranging from soliciting for prostitution to aiding prostitution.
Among those arrested was 47-year-old Richard Sierra of Altamonte Springs, an attorney with the Kosto & Rotella law firm in Orlando, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Detectives said Sierra traveled to an undercover location to have a “girlfriend experience” in exchange for money.
Sierra attempted to conduct a “pat down,” telling investigators he usually pats the girl down for wires, the Sheriff’s Office said.
He was charged with soliciting prostitution and assault.
Deputies also arrested a 16-year-old girl, whom detectives think is a victim of human trafficking, and the 20-year-old man who drove the girl to the undercover location.
Nine of the men arrested told deputies they are married. One man is engaged. Five of the suspected prostitutes told deputies they also were married, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Polk Sheriff Grady Judd will release details about the four-day operation Monday afternoon.
